Certified Golf Analysis
Flowstate Physiotherapy’s Golf Swing Analysis is designed for golfers who want to move more efficiently, improve consistency, and play without unnecessary pain or limitation.
If your swing feels restricted, inconsistent, or leaves you feeling sore after a round, the answer isn’t always more range time. Many swing issues start with how your body moves.
Our Golf Swing Analysis + Injury Evaluation, performed by our TPI Certified physical therapist in Cambridge, MA, helps you understand why you swing the way you do so that you can make improvements that actually carry over to your game. Instead of focusing only on swing mechanics, we look at how your body moves to understand what may be limiting your swing.
After your evaluation, you’ll receive an individualized plan that includes a combination of mobility work, strength training, and movement-based strategies to help you swing more efficiently and comfortably.
This service is appropriate for both healthy and injured golfers. Whether you’re looking to improve performance or address an existing issue, your assessment will be tailored to your needs.
“There are an infinite number of ways to swing a golf club. However, there is one most-efficient way for each player to swing a club and it is based on what they can physically do.”
