Running Gait analysis &

Injury risk assessment

Our Running Gait Analysis & Injury Risk Assessment is designed for runners who want to stay consistent with training and show up to the start line of their next race healthy.

If you’ve noticed a small pain during runs, something that won’t quite go away, or you just don’t feel as smooth or efficient as you used to, this service is for you.

Not every ache or tightness means you need full physical therapy, but it also shouldn’t be ignored. Many running injuries start as small “niggles,” and understanding what’s going on early can help prevent them from becoming bigger setbacks.

The reality is that over 50% of runners experience an injury each year. This assessment helps identify weaknesses, imbalances, and mobility limitations that may increase your risk, so you can address issues early and keep moving forward with confidence.
