Meet your physical therapist - Dr. Nyssa Midden, Mobile Physical Therapy in Boston, Somerville, and Cambridge, MA

Dr. Nyssa Midden is a Doctor of Physical Therapy, Board Certified Orthopedic Clinical Specialist, and pelvic floor therapist with a passion for helping her patients recover from injury and come out stronger and better on the other side. As an everyday athlete herself, she understands the balance of working a full-time job, spending time with friends and family, and needing to take care of yourself.

Nyssa is a marathon runner, avid hiker, and lover of being outdoors. For her, being able to run and hike pain-free means she gets time for herself to clear her mind, feel the sun, and decompress so that she can be more present and giving to others. Nyssa lives in Somerville, MA with her incredibly supportive partner, Nick, and their two dogs, Sunny and Boba.

Nyssa graduated with her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from Bradley University in 2017. She spent the first six years of her career as a traveling physical therapist in various locations throughout the United States. During this time, she was not only able to travel throughout this amazing country, but she was able to work and learn alongside numerous clinicians and treat patients from all walks of life with a wide range of injuries.

Dr. Midden is now dedicating her time to treating what she is most passionate about: the everyday athlete looking to resolve or avoid pain and dysfunction so they can be their best in every aspect of life.
